Hotel Reservations for the TEXAS Meeting will open December 1, 2009.
The deadline for all hotel reservations is April 6, 2010. After this date, the Texas Dental Association room blocks will be released and reservations will be made at higher rates on a space available basis. Our convention dates and rates are determined by the number of attendees that stay in the TEXAS Meeting room block available through the official housing bureau. Please help us get the best, most consistent rates possible by staying in one of our hotels. Most hotels will guarantee Internet rates. Be sure the hotel knows you are with the TDA. Many hotels charge an early departure fee. Please confirm your departure date when you check-in to avoid paying an early departure fee.
