If you are a patient seeking care , please call 512/448-2441.  The above application is only for counties wishing to host a smiles on wheels event in their area. This is not an application to pre register for an event.
 

2010 Smiles on Wheels Volunteer Sign Up
Volunteers may sign up for one or more Smiles on Wheels Events.  Volunteer information will be sent to you as each event approaches. If at any time you need to make a change to your availability or need to make changes to your volunteer record, please contact the Smiles Team at smiles@tda.org or toll-free (877) 807-6453.
