The Texas Dental Association is fortunate to be able to provide immediate disaster assistance following catastrophic such events as the 2021 Winter Storm, which began on February 12, affecting many Texas Counties.  If you incurred expenses from the storm related to your basic immediate needs (clothing, food, water, temporary shelter), please consider applying for a grant.   CLICK HERE to find the TDA Disaster Relief Application along with general instructions. Please complete the application and return it to TDA no later than Friday, April 9, 2021.  Your name and application will be kept confidential.  Any questions may be forwarded by email to Mr. Terry Cornwell, TDA Governance Manager (tcornwell@tda.org), or Ms. Linda G. DONATE DIRECTLY TO THE TEXAS DENTAL ASSOCIATION RELIEF FUND
Donations are being accepted for disaster relief directly to the Texas Dental Association Relief Fund.  The disaster relief fund was established to provide financial assistance to Texas dentists who have immediate, basic needs as a result of a natural disaster or catastrophe.

Donations may be made on the TDA website (DONATE ONLINE) or by sending a check to the Texas Dental Association at 1946 South IH-35, Ste 400, Austin, TX 78704.  Please make the check payable to “TDA Relief Fund” and write “disaster relief” in the memo. You will receive a confirmation of your donation.
