TDA is a professional membership organization for dentists, and the 3rd largest state dental association in the US. The TDA is part of a tripartite affiliation with the American Dental Association at the national level, and component societies at the local level. Ready to meet your 2024 CE requirements for prescribing controlled substances?

Well, this course provides an update on the current scope of the opioid epidemic and its impact on pain management in dentistry. It also covers a review of the clinical pharmacologic traits of opioid analgesics and those of non-opioid alternatives for the management of acute dental pain. Additionally, this course combines all dentists’ controlled substance CE requirements into a single 4-hour course.
