HDAF Disaster Relief Fund - Now Open, Please Donate!
Hawaii Dental Association Foundation (HDAF) Disaster Relief Fund is now open and donations are being accepted. The Hawaii Dental Association has initiated the fund with an amount of $50,000.
If you would like to donate, please send only checks to:
Payable to: Hawaii Dental Association Foundation
with the Memo: Disaster Relief Fund
and mail to: 500 Ala Moana Blvd, Suite 7-411, Honolulu, HI 96813
Your donation will go into the specific Disaster Relief Fund account and will not be part of the general fund. (Please be sure to write "Disaster Relief Fund" in the memo.) 100% of the proceeds will go to helping Hawaii dentists who are in need.
